Return and Refund Policy

At Nord Form, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Print-on-Demand Products

All of our products are custom-made and printed on demand specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We strongly encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
Provide your order number
Include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

A free replacement of the same item
A full refund to your original payment method

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
