Orders & Production

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every Nord Form piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Nord Form ships worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Quality

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

That’s on us. Contact our team within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Do you accept returns?

Because each item is made specifically for you, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s a quality issue, we’ll always make it right.
